Our in-person programmes
1–2 hours
Format: Keynote conferences, executive committee sessions
Objective: Awareness & engagement
- Educate your teams on key environmental topics aligned with your CSR strategy – water, eco-circularity, climate fundamentals, and more.
- Build and energise a committed network of CSR ambassadors within your organisation, driving active employee participation in your sustainability initiatives.
Half-day to 2 days
Format: Hands-on workshops, co-development sessions, dynamic debates & experiential events
Objective: Engagement, role transformation & driving action
- Tackle your transformation challenges – decarbonisation, climate adaptation, processes – at the level of each individual, a business team or your Executive Committee.
- Run strategic workshops built on recent, real-life company cases (suppliers, infrastructure, raw materials, territorial dependencies) to understand climate risks and prioritise those specific to your organisation.
- Train your operational teams – procurement, sales, marketing and more – through case studies and hands-on exercises, up to a final pitch that turns learning into action.
- Turn a past extreme weather event into collective learning: map what held up, what failed and what was missing, then agree on priority actions and individual commitments.
6 to 12 weeks
Format: Certified Executive Education programme combining intensive seminars, e-learning, applied projects, and one-on-one mentoring
Participants trained: Cohorts of 5 to 20 senior leaders (Executive Committee members, top management, and board members).

- Structure a strategic vision for sustainable transformation at the company and business model level, integrating net-zero transition, adaptation, and governance challenges.
- Drive extra-financial performance through a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, CSRD reporting, and materiality assessments.
- Design a robust and actionable sustainable transformation roadmap, supported by personalised guidance and peer-to-peer exchanges to accelerate implementation.
Outcome: This programme prepares leaders to become key drivers of sustainable transformation, capable of making strategic decisions and leading change at the highest levels of the organisation.
